The eagle peacefully soaring up the sky above a serene town symbolizes my artistic freedom I enjoy, and the wooden block pierced with steel nails make a dramatic contrast to the eagle.  And the wooden block symbolizes the obstructed freedom and pressure I feel as a senior who is given to complete many tasks in and out of school.  But this work contains some hopeful message: one day the eagle will break free from its obstacle and will transcend the barriers.
